REturn and Refund
We are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully for detailed information on how to return your items and request a refund.

1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original, unused, and resellable condition.
  • Be in the original packaging, including invoice, tags, labels, and any accessories that came with the item.
  • Not be marked as non-returnable (e.g., personalized, final sale or perishable items).

To initiate a return:

  • Provide your invoice/order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item(s).

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be processed once the item is received. Please allow additional time for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • For items marked as final sale or otherwise non-returnable, no refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at sonarcenterprises24@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return shipping label at no cost to you and arrange for a refund or replacement.

4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Sale or Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are subject to the same return and refund policy. However, any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
